live theatre is crazy (in the best way)

Working behind the scenes for a theater production is so much work, but it's also fun! This past weekend my local theatre had their Christmas production, and I was lucky enough to be an assistant stage manager. There was a whole bunch of sound cues and making sure actors were in place and the like that I had to do, but it was easy because everyone else was doing an amazing job. It was a lot of work and super tiring, but the entire cast and crew were so much fun to work with and it was ridiculously rewarding to hear the audience laugh and clap, and to see them give standing ovations. All in all, it was a great learning experience and I would do it again without hesitation!
